The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and all the essentials were thoughtfully provided. The staff were warm, welcoming, and truly went the extra mile to ensure we had a pleasant experience. The location is very convenient, with plenty of eateries within walking distance. We called at 9:50pm on a Thursday and despite it being well after hours, Ash was able to accommodate us last minute with no stress. Rooms were clean, cool (with aircon and fans) and well stocked. Beds were made up with good quality linen with extra pillows and blankets available. The shower has excellent pressure and fast, continuous hot water. The black out blinds were wonderful and even when the sun was fully up, it was dark in the room. While we didn't use it, there is also a BBQ area, an outdoor pool and an outdoor smoking area (far enough away from the rooms to not cause any issues). We don't come to Dubbo often, but this is a location that we will recommend to friends and family. $226 for a two bedroom (queen + two singles + sofa bed) on the Thursday before TCMF. Does the Standard Queen Room have a bath?

No – this room has a shower only. If you’d like a bath, take a look at our Family Suite with corner bath, or treat yourself to the Deluxe King Suite, which has a two-person spa bath.

How many guests can stay in the Queen Room?

The Standard Queen Room is set up for two guests with one queen-size bed. Travelling with kids or extras? Our family suites and two-bedroom rooms have more room and beds to spare.

Is the Queen Room suitable for business travellers?

Yes – it’s one of our most popular rooms with corporate guests. You’ll have a proper desk, free high-speed NBN Wi-Fi, an iron and ironing board, and a comfortable queen bed for the end of a long day on the road.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 2:00pm and check-out is by 10:00am. Arriving late or need an early start? Just let us know and we’ll do our best to help.
