The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and all the essentials were thoughtfully provided. The staff were warm, welcoming, and truly went the extra mile to ensure we had a pleasant experience. The location is very convenient, with plenty of eateries within walking distance. We called at 9:50pm on a Thursday and despite it being well after hours, Ash was able to accommodate us last minute with no stress. Rooms were clean, cool (with aircon and fans) and well stocked. Beds were made up with good quality linen with extra pillows and blankets available. The shower has excellent pressure and fast, continuous hot water. The black out blinds were wonderful and even when the sun was fully up, it was dark in the room. While we didn't use it, there is also a BBQ area, an outdoor pool and an outdoor smoking area (far enough away from the rooms to not cause any issues). We don't come to Dubbo often, but this is a location that we will recommend to friends and family. $226 for a two bedroom (queen + two singles + sofa bed) on the Thursday before TCMF. What are the bed configurations in the Family Room?

Two queen beds, with a single trundle bed that pulls out from under one of them on request. If you need a different setup or have a larger group, give us a call and we’ll point you to the right room.

Does the Family Room have a bath?
